3 Bedroom

3-Bedroom units and bigger have an enclosed kitchen, but no yard area.

In addition, all the bathrooms of 3-Bedroom apartments and bigger have a window, with the exception of the Junior Master Bathroom of the 5-Bedroom units and the Penthouse.

Having a window in the bathroom is a preferred choice as it allows natural ventilation to take place.

Lastly, the bedrooms of 3-Bedroom apartments and bigger have floor-to-ceiling windows as there would not be any air-con ledges situated in front of any bedroom.

The unit types of 3-Bedroom Premium + Study and bigger would have a yard, a Water Closet (WC) and a Household Shelter (HS) adjoining the kitchen.

The study room of this floor plan type is slighty bigger than the study of Type 3BPSs.

The floor plan of Type 3BP2 provides more privacy compared to Type 3BP1 as the main door of Type 3BP2 opens into a foyer and will not look directly into the living room.

4 Bedroom

4-Bedroom apartments in the development and bigger units enjoy the luxury of having a private lift lobby.

The great thing about the Private Lift Lobby in the development is that the lobby has a window, which allows the space to be naturally lit during the day, and hence would not depend on ceiling lights to light up the area.

Most private lift lobbies are built to have only internal walls and do not have windows. Many of the private lift lobbies use sensor lighting which lights up only when someone is at the lobby. As a result, private lift lobbies without windows are dark areas when no one is there.

Hence, having a window for all the private lift lobbies in Pinetree Hill is definitely a plus point.

All units which are 4 Bedroom and bigger would have a landscape-shaped living/dining room, allowing the combined areas of the living room and dining room look bigger and more grand when entering from the foyer.

Another advantage of having a landscape-shaped living/dining room is the dining room would be equally bright as the living room during mornings and afternoon.

There are 3 main differences between the 4-Bedroom Deluxe (With Private Lift) and the 4-Bedroom Premium (With Private Lift):

  1. The 4-Bedroom Deluxe has a parallel kitchen, while the kitchen of the 4-Bedroom Premium is bigger and has an island in the middle of the kitchen. One side of the island is recessed, allowing the island to be used as a breakfast table as well.
  2. There is a bathroom (Bath 3) situated in between Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 for the 4-Bedroom Premium, which converts the 2 Bedrooms into a Jack and Jill. Hence, all 4 bedrooms in 4-Bedroom Premium have direct entry to a bathroom from the bedroom.
  3. There is a walk-in wardrobe in the master bedroom of the 4-Bedroom Premium.

Type 4B is the smallest 4-Bedroom unit type.

It has 2 Bathrooms, compared to Types 4BP1 and 4BP2 which have 3 Bathrooms.

Type 4BP1 and Type 4BP2 have largely the same layout.

The most obvious difference between the layouts of the two 4-Bedroom Premium units is the shape of the HS, colloquially called the “Bomb Shelter”.

The other differences are the minute floor area differences in the master bedroom, Bath 3 and the living/dining rooms.

The Household Shelter (HS) of Type 4BP2 is almost a square, as opposed to the rectangular HS of Type 4BP1.

5 Bedroom

The layout of the 5-Bedroom units in Pinetree Hill is suitable for multi-generational living as the Junior Master Bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the living/dining room from the other 4 bedrooms. Hence, the Junior Master Bedroom can be occupied by grandparents.

While the kitchen layout for the 5-Bedroom apartments is similar to those of the 4-Bedroom Premium apartments, the kitchen of the 5-Bedroom units is bigger and has a larger island.

Adjoining the Yard of the 5-Bedroom unit is a Store, instead of the Household Shelter found in the 3-Bedroom Premium + Study and 4 Bedroom unit types.

As the biggest unit type in the development other than the sole Penthouse apartment, there is a Powder Room in the 5-Bedroom apartments.

Besides the luxury of a Bathtub in the Master Bathroom, while there is also a His and Her sink.
