A subsidiary, United Venture Development (No.5) Pte. Ltd., will be responsible for the development of the Pine Grove Condo.

The site area of Pinetree Hill is approximately 242,599.4 square feet. Under the URA Master Plan, the site has a plot ratio of 2.1, which allows UOL & SingLand to build residential towers up to 24-Storey high, and having a maximum height of 153.0 metres.
Bounded by Ulu Pandan Road to the north, the road of Pandan Valley to the east, and the condominiums of Pine Grove and Astor Green to the south, the development is nestled in a private residential enclave. As Pinetree Hill is the first condo launch since 14 years ago, the condominium is highly anticipated and will attract great interest from investors and purchasers seeking to buy an apartment for own stay.
