RH Novena Pte. Ltd. is subsidiary under the developer Roxy-Pacific.
The site of the former Grand Tower lies within the amalgamated land, which is located within 4 minutes walk from the Novena MRT station.
Roxy-Pacific will develop a 85-unit project named Neu At Novena at the acquired site.
